Our 3rd and 4th Class pupils received a very special visit today from Pádraig and John from the Clonakilty Fire Station, who delivered a brilliant and highly informative talk on fire safety.
They spoke to the children about the vital importance of knowing your home Eircode so emergency services can find you quickly, how to spot potential fire hazards around the house, and exactly what to do in the event of an emergency. Our pupils were completely engaged and asked some exceptionally clever, well thought out questions.
