We were delighted to welcome the Muintir na Tíre judges to our school today for the Cork School Gardens Awards. The judges were incredibly impressed by our innovative use of space and the fantastic new additions to our garden since last year. They highly praised our whole school approach to maintaining our green spaces, the number of garden initiatives we take part in, our wonderful outdoor classroom, and the fantastic work our pupils do at the Timoleague Educational Garden.
An achievement like this takes an incredible team effort. Thank you to Yvonne and Laura for their tireless work, dedication, and expertise in maintaining the gardens and guiding the children throughout the year. We also want to thank our fantastic class teachers and, most importantly, the pupils themselves for their hard work. We are now looking forward to the results and well done to all involved!
