Congratulations to Lauren on winning the prestigious annual Kay Fleming Communication Award, with her piece titled 'Witches'. It takes immense confidence, expression, and dedication to speak so powerfully, and Lauren is a deserving winner.
We also want to give a massive round of applause to all the pupils in 5th and 6th Class who took part. Every single student worked incredibly hard to select, learn, and perfect their pieces. The standard this year was exceptionally high, and every pupil delivered their piece with fantastic poise and clarity.
A special and sincere thank you goes to our fantastic judges, Peter, Kathleen, and Noreen, who gave up their time to adjudicate the competition. With so many spectacular performances on the day, they had an incredibly difficult task in choosing just one winner.
