Feis Maitiú

Feis Maitiú is a Music and Drama Festival which is held each year at The Father Mathew Hall, in the centre of Cork City. The Festival takes place each year from the end of January to the start of April. Due to the current situation, Feis Maitiú will be going ahead in 2022 but this year, the adjudicators will travel to us! The Festival provides a platform for performers of all ages to present their work before experienced professional adjudicators who assess, encourage and help improve performances.

Pam Golden started her preparation last Tuesday with Ms Kelly’s 1^st & 2^nd class, Ms Nyhan’s 2^nd & 3^rd class and Mrs. O’Donovan’s 4^th class.

We will be entering the following categories;

Ms Kelly’s 1^st & 2^nd class – Action Verse

Ms Nyhan’s 2^nd & 3^rd class – Action Verse

Mrs. O’Donovan’s 4^th class – Choral Speaking
