3rd class had their final session on Wednesday with Nollaig McSweeney DBT Therapist. “Confidence Champions” is a programme for children aged 8-10 that focuses on building confidence and self-esteem. There was also one session for parents. Thank You to Miriam Dinneen & Teresa O’Donovan for organsing the parent’s evening.
