Our Infant room has been exploring the world of computational thinking using Bee-Bots! These fun, programmable robots are a hands-on way for children to develop problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and basic coding concepts. By planning simple algorithms to navigate the Bee-Bots through mazes and challenges, the students are learning how to break problems into steps and think creatively to find solutions—all while having a great time.
This activity also supports cross-curricular learning, with pupils applying maths, literacy, and geography skills as they program their Bee-Bots to complete themed tasks and navigate story-based maps.
