In June 2019, we were informed that Natalia Bogusz (then 4th) and Bonnie Rose Hegarty O’Brien (then 5th) were Regional winners for their entry in the Heritage in School 2030 Emoji Competition where they were invited to create an emoji to depict what Ireland means to them. Both girls were invited to the Mansion House in Dublin on June 25th where Minister Madigan announced the winners. We were thrilled to learn that Bonnie Rose Hegarty O’Brien was the overall winner for 5th class across the country.
