Devin from FEAST Ireland presented "Food for Thought" workshops to 5th & 6th class on Monday November 14th kickstarting our Science Week activities. It got us thinking about our food, where it comes from and how it's been sold to us as consumers. Devin talked us through the development of how farming through the years. We had a taste of oysters, a substitute for avocado. We made a lovely chutney using banana skins which was delicious.
